These terms apply to use of the local-agent software and its Google OAuth client. This is an operator-maintained stub for OAuth consent branding, not a lawyer-reviewed agreement.
Personal / household use
local-agent is provided for personal and household use by the operator and authorized household members. It is not offered as a public commercial service.
As-is, no warranty
The software and related services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Use is at your own risk.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the client to violate Google’s terms or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to expand OAuth scopes beyond what the operator configured for a given grant.
- Do not rely on this stub site as a production product landing page; it exists to satisfy OAuth branding URL requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from use of local-agent.
